ज्या घरात नेहमी घाण, केरकचरा असतो अशी घरे मृतात्म्यांना फार आवडतात व तेथेच ठाण मांडून बसतात.  त्याचप्रमाणे ज्या ठिकाणी भुतांची श्राद्ध वगैरे केली जात नाही. त्या ठिकाणीही असे उपद्रव कालांतराने सुरू होतात.  तसेच घरात कोणी निवृत्त झाल्यास आपल्याकडे उदकशांत करण्याची पद्धत आहे. ती पद्धत खरोखरच फार चांगली आहे, कारण त्या योग्य वास्तू शुद्ध होते. 

बाहेरून आल्यावर हात पाय धूत नाही. खरे तर ते फार आवश्यक आहे. काहीवेळा तर कुणाला स्मशानात पोचवून परत आल्यावर देखील त्याच स्थितीत काही जण घरात येतात. या सर्व गोष्टी कटाक्षाने टाळल्या पाहिजेत व बाहेरून आल्यावर थेट स्नान करूनच इतर कामे करावी.

काही वास्तूत कुणी आत्महत्या केली असते व त्याचे क्रियाकर्म व्यवस्थित झालेले नसते, तेव्हाही असा त्रास सुरू होताना दिसतो. यासाठी शास्त्रानुसार क्रियाकर्म करणे आवश्यक आहे. तर काही वेळेस सूड भावनेने काही अघोरी तांत्रिक विधी द्वारा त्रास देण्यात येतो..

बाधित वास्तु साठी काय करावे?

तथापि एवढी काळजी घेऊनही मूळ वास्तू तसेच काही दोष असेल, तर काय करावे?  असा प्रश्न काही वाचकांना साधकांना नेहमीच पडतो.

वास्तु शुद्ध करण्यासाठी काही प्राथमिक स्वरूपाचे उपाय येथे सुचवीत आहे. वास्तू फार दूषित नसेल तर त्याचा निश्चित उपयोग होईल.  मात्र हे उपाय सतत सहा महिने तरी न कंटाळता व श्रद्धेने करणे आवश्यक आहे.  दोन चार दिवस करून त्यांचा काहीही उपयोग होणार नाही. खरे तर सहा महिने हा कालावधी फार कमीच आहे वास्तू किती प्रमाणात दूषित आहे. यावर हा कालावधी ठरवावा लागेल मात्र स्तोत्र वाचन, गुरुचरित्र, पारायण  यासारखे उपाय कायम स्वरूपात चालू ठेवले पाहिजेत. म्हणजे वास्तूत नवा त्रास निर्माण होणार नाही. तसेच वर्षातून दोनदा तरी कुलदेवी या नवनाथ दत्तयाग होणे गरजेचे आहे.

आता वाचकांची उत्सुकता अधिक न ताणता काही प्राथमिक स्वरूपाचे उपाय सांगतो. त्यायोगे दूषित वास्तू निश्चितपणे सुखावह होईल हे उपाय पुढीलप्रमाणे…

आपली वास्तू जास्तीत जास्त स्वच्छ व पवित्र ठेवण्याचा प्रयत्न करावा. पावित्र्य निर्माण होण्यासाठी रोज देवपूजा,  स्तोत्र वाचन विशेषता राम रक्षा. घरासमोर सडा शिंपडून रांगोळी काढणे. घरात अधून-मधून गोमूत्र शिंपडणे. देवी कवच, अर्गला, कीलक व कुंजिकास्तोत्र यांचे पाठ करणे. नवार्णव मंत्राचा जप करणे. नवनाथ गुरुचरित्र इत्यादी पोथ्याची पारायणे करणे. किंवा रोज 100 ओव्या मोठ्याने वाचणे. घरात धूप जाळणे, अगरबत्ती लावून वातावरण सुगंधित ठेवणे या गोष्टी अवश्य कराव्यात.

ज्या वास्तूत नित्य काही उपासना तसेच नामस्मरण इत्यादी चालू आहे वेदमंत्रांचा घोष होतो आहे, अशा ठिकाणी दृष्ट शक्ती, नकारात्मक ऊर्जा राहूच शकत नाही हे लक्षात ठेवावे.

तथापि काही कारणाने एखादी वास्तू बाधित असेल तर पुढील प्राथमिक उपाय लगेच नेटाने सुरू करावे. काही वेळा उपाय सुरू केल्यावर त्रास जास्त वाढतो. कारण त्या नकारात्मक शक्तींना ती वास्तू सोडून जाण्याची इच्छा नसते म्हणून त्रास वाढला तर आपण सुरु केलेले उपाय योग्य आहेत असे समजून ते श्रद्धापूर्वक चालू ठेवावेत. साधारणत सहा महिन्यानंतर त्यांचा परिणाम दिसू लागेल त्यामुळे घाई करू नये.

आता काही अनुभवसिद्ध उपाय सांगतो ते प्रथम करावेत. उगाच तांत्रिकाच्या नादी लागून पैशाचा वेळेचा अपव्यय करू नये.

• रोज किंवा निदान एक दिवसाआड घरात गोमूत्र शिंपडावे. ते न मिळाले तर हिंगाचे पाणी चालेल.
• रोज जेवणापूर्वी वास्तू पुरुषासाठी वेगळा नैवेद्य आठवणीने दाखवावा दोन्ही वेळा.
• अमावस्येला तिन्हीसांजेला मुख्य दरवाजा वरून सातवेळा दहिभात उतरून टाकावा.
• अमावसेला एक नारळ घरातून फिरवून शेंडी भिंतीकडे करून बाहेर गटारात फेकून द्यावा.
• रोज घरासमोर सडा शिंपडावा. रांगोळी घालावी व त्यात स्वस्तिक चिन्ह अवश्‍य असावे.
• रोज घरात अकरा वेळा राम रक्षा व एक वेळा भिमरुपी स्तोत्र मोठ्याने म्हणावे कालभैरवाष्टक काही वाचावे.
• घरात जास्तीत जास्त शांतता ठेवण्याचा प्रयत्न करावा. तसेच घरातील, घराचा परिसर स्वच्छ व नीटनेटका ठेवावा.
• पंचमी, अष्टमी,  पौर्णिमा या दिवशी  देवीला कुंकुमार्चन करावे. त्यावेळी देवीची 108 नावे घेत  देवीवर कुंकू व्हावे.  हे कुंकू दुसऱ्या दिवशी काढून नीट जपून ठेवावे व तेच कपाळी लावावे. तसेच थोडेसे पाण्यात कालवून त्याचा सडा  घरात पाडावा.  त्या योग्य घरात मांगल्य निर्माण होते.
• चार-पाच लाल गोफ मुठीत घेऊन,अकरा वेळा राम रक्षा व एक वेळा भीमरूपी स्तोत्र मोठ्याने म्हणावे किंवा 108 वेळा श्री चैतन्य गोरक्षनाथाय नमः असा मंत्र म्हणावा व ते गोफ घरातील प्रत्येकाने गळ्यात घालावे. तसेच एक गोफ बाहेरच्या दरवाजावर बांधावा. या गोफाना प्रथम मारुतीच्या अंगावरचा शेंदूर लावावा.
• घरातले देव्हाऱ्यात दक्षिणावर्ती शंख ठेवून त्याची नियमित पूजा करावी. त्यामुळे घरातील कटकटी वादावादी व भांडणे कमी होतात.
• रामचरित मानस या ग्रंथातील पुढील मंत्र डिंकाचे पाणी व शेंदूर यांच्या मिश्रणाने  पुढील दाराचे वर लिहावा. किंवा कागदावर लिहून तो कागद दाराच्या वर चीकटवावा. व त्याला दर शनिवारी उदबत्ती ओवाळावी.

ग्रंथांत तरी याचा उपयोग पुढीलप्रमाणे सांगितला आहे. यायोगे कोणतीही अज्ञात शक्तीच्या पीडा वास्तूत प्रवेश करणार नाही व पूर्वी प्रवेश झाला असल्यास बाहेर निघून जाईल.

• घरात कुठेही अडगळ घाण कोळ्याची जाळी ठेवू नये कारण अशा जागा दृष्ट शक्तींना प्रिय असतात.
• नवनाथ पोथीतील पाचवा अध्याय रोज मोठ्याने वाचावा.
• घरात दर्शनी भागात नवनाथांचे चित्र लावावे त्याला रोज उदबत्ती दाखवून फूल व्हावे.देवासमोर बसून ”ओम द्राम दत्तात्रेयाय नमः” या मंत्राचा एक लक्ष जप करावा. हा जप सात ते अकरा दिवसात पूर्ण करावा. त्यानंतर हातात विभूती घेऊन 108 वेळा हा मंत्र म्हणून ती विभूती घरात फुंकावी. असे एकवीस दिवस करावे. असे अनेक उपाय आहेत ते सातत्याने करीत राहिले. तर वास्तूतील बाधा हळूहळू कमी होत जाऊन नष्ट होते. याबद्दल थोडी सुद्धा शंका बाळगू नये.
• घराच्या आतील बाजूस दरवाजाच्या वरती वास्तू तांत्रिक वनस्पती लावावी जेणेकरून नजर दोष लागत नाही.
• तसेच भाड्याच्या वास्तूत राहत असल्यास घराचे तात्पुरते वास्तु बंधन करून दत्तयाग करून घ्यावा.

आता याच ठिकाणी आणखी काही महत्त्वाच्या गोष्टींचा विचार करूया. बरेच घरात मी असे पाहिले आहे की, घरातील वृद्ध आई-वडील,आजी-आजोबा अथवा मुलांची छायाचित्रे देवघरात, देवा शेजारी पूजेसाठी ठेवतात. असे करणे पूर्णपणे चुकीचे आहेत.  कारण या मृत व्यक्ती कितीही आदरणीय व प्रिय असल्या तरी त्यांची बरोबरी सर्वशक्तिमान परमेश्वराची कधीही होणार नाही.

असे फोटो देवघरात पुजेसाठी ठेवले, तर त्या वास्तूत अनेक अडचणी निर्माण होतात. असे काही वास्तुशास्त्र तद्यांचे निश्चित मत आहे. या योगे घरातील तरुण मुला- मुलींचे विवाह उगाचच लांबणीवर पडतात. त्याचप्रमाणे घराची आर्थिक बाजूही दुबळी बनते. या छायाचित्रांची पूजा करण्यास हरकत नाही परंतु ती देवघरात ठेवू नये. अन्यत्र  ठेवावी. कारण ती तशीच ठेवली आणि वास्तूमध्ये वास्तुशास्त्राच्या नियमानुसार कितीही बदल केले, तरी त्यांचा फारसा उपयोग होत नाही .असे काही नामवंत वास्तुशास्त्रज्ञ यांना आढळून आले आहे.

फसवून मिळवलेली मालमत्ता-वास्तु 

• काही लोक खोट्या सह्या करून जबरदस्तीने मृत्युपत्र तयार करून घेऊन वा अन्य काही लबाड्या करून, एखादी वास्तू व मालमत्ता पदरात पाडून घेतात. ती प्राप्त झाल्यानंतर त्यांना फार मोठा आनंद होतो व स्वतःच्या बुद्धीमत्तेचे ते स्वतः कौतुक करतात. तसेच वरकरणी आपण फार प्रामाणिक सत्यप्रिय व निष्पाप असल्याचे इतरांना भासवतात.
• परंतु अशा लबाडीने हस्तगत केलेली वास्तू ही शापित असल्याने तिचा प्रभाव तेथे राहणाऱ्या व्यक्तींवर निश्‍चितपणे दिसू लागतो.अशा वास्तूत राहणाऱ्यांची संतती अत्यंत धाडसी व क्लेशकारक असते. तसेच त्या घरातील लोकांना नाना तऱ्हेच्या व्याधी होतात. 
• या व्याधीवरचे वैशिष्ट्य म्हणजे त्यावर कोणत्याही इलाज यांचा उपयोग होत नाही. त्या घरात सतत भांडण तंटे सुरू असतात.ज्यावेळी अनेक दैवी उपाय करूनही एखाद्या वास्तूतील वातावरणात काही सुधारणा होत नाही. त्यावेळी वरील मुद्द्यांचा विचार करावाच लागतो.
• अशावेळी त्या मालमत्तेत वा घरात त्याचा कायदेशीर हक्क किंवा वाटा असेल. त्याला त्याचा वाटा सन्मानाने बोलावून त्यांच्या सुपूर्त करणे हाच खरा तर योग्य व प्रभावी उपाय होऊ शकेल.  त्यासाठी दारे-खिडक्या किंवा इतर गोष्टींची दिशा बदलून त्या वास्तूतील दोष कधीही नाहीसे होणार नाही.

मनुष्याला सुखी व्हावयाचे असेल तर त्याने कुणाचेही तळतळाट कधीही घेऊ नये. कारण तुम्हाला कोर्टाला फसवून स्वतः सारखा निकाल लावून घेता येईल, परंतु तुम्ही सर्व शक्तिमान परमेश्वराला कसे फसवणार? आपण ज्याला फसवून एखादे घर वा इस्टेट लुबाडतो, त्यावेळी त्या फसवल्या गेलेल्या व्यक्तीचे अदृश्य रुपाने तुमच्याभोवती वावरत असतात, हे कधीही विसरता कामा नये.

वास्तूतील स्पंदन 

ज्यांची अध्यात्मिक साधना चांगल्या प्रकारे सुरू आहे. अशा व्यक्तीला कोणत्याही नव्या वास्तूत गेल्यानंतर तेथील स्पदांची तात्काळ जाणीव झाल्याशिवाय राहत नाही. हे स्पंद प्रामुख्याने दोन प्रकारच्या असतात. एक सात्विक आणि दुसरे तामस या प्रकारात मोडणारे. 

ज्या घरात नित्य देवतार्चन सुरू आहे. गुरुचरित्र, नवनाथ, सप्तशती, यांसारख्या ग्रंथांचे वाचन सुरू आहे. तसेच संध्या भजन सुरू आहे. अतिथीला योग्य ती आदराची वागणूक दिली जाते. अधून-मधून ज्याठिकाणी होम-हवन होते. दीप, धूप जाळला जातो, गोमूत्र शिंपडले जाते. अशा वास्तुत  साहजिकच पावित्र्य निर्माण होते व तेथे पाय ठेवताच मनाला एक प्रकारचा सात्विक आनंद होतो. व तेथील तिथले सात्विक स्पंद साधक व्यक्तीला लगेच जाणवतात.

याउलट ज्या वास्तुत नित्य माणसे  मांसाहार, मदिरापान यासारखे प्रकार सुरू असून, देवाकडे दुर्लक्ष होते. त्या ठिकाणी मृतात्म्यांचे श्रद्धा विधी योग्य प्रकारे केले जात नाही. तसेच ज्या ठिकाणी कुणी आत्महत्या केलेली आहे.  किंवा कुणाचा खून झाला आहे, परंतु त्याला गती मिळावी म्हणून कोणतेही उपाय कर्त्या पुरुषाने केलेले नाही अशा ठिकाणी सात्त्विक स्पंदने कधीही निर्माण होणे शक्य नाही. अर्थात ज्याची भरपूर उपासना झाली आहे अशा व्यक्तीला अशा वातावरणातले सूक्ष्म स्पंदने सहजपणे समजतात. आणि काही वेळा त्याच्या त्या वास्तूतील केवळ आगमनाने देखील तेथील वाईट व दूषित स्पंदने काही काळापुरते सुधारतात.

याबाबत एक नेहमीच्या परिचयाचे उदाहरण देतो काहीवेळा घरात एकाएकी मनस्ताप व भांडणे सुरू होतात.  तर काही वेळा घरातले वातावरण शांत व प्रसन्न असते. पुष्कळ वेळा हे चांगले-वाईट फरक एखाद्या विशिष्ट व्यक्तीच्या आगमनामुळे घडत असतात हे लक्षात ठेवावे.

If such photos are kept in the temple for worship, many problems arise in that architecture. Some such architecture is his definite opinion. With this, the marriages of young boys and girls in the family are prolonged. Similarly, the financial side of the house also becomes weak. It is okay to worship these images, but they should not be kept in the temple. Keep it elsewhere. Because no matter how many changes are made in the architecture according to the rules of Vastushastra, they are not very useful. Some famous architects have found that.

Fraudulent property Vastu
