पैशाचा लोभ
⚉ काही परिचयाच्या व्यक्ती माझ्याकडे आल्या. ”आम्हाला तुमची गरज आहे.” असे सांगू लागले, मी म्हटलं कुठल्या प्रकारची गरज आहे. मला नीट कळेल असे सांगावे. त्यातील एका अनोळखी माणसाकडे बोट दाखवत मला म्हणाले की, याच्या शेतात रात्रीचा आवाज येतो. “मला बाहेर काढ, मला बाहेर काढ”! खूप बाबा येऊन गेले परंतु याचा उलगडा करू शकलेले नाही. आपण आम्हाला या द्विधा मःनस्थितीतून बाहेर काढाल! अशी अपेक्षा आहे.
मी म्हणलं, “मी आदेश घेऊन तुम्हाला सांगतो.” पिडीताची माहिती घेऊन मी त्यांच्यासोबत जाण्याचा आदेश घेतला. तेव्हा रात्रीचे अकरा वाजले होते. मी व माझ्या सोबत एक शिष्य असे आम्ही त्या व्यक्तीबरोबर गेलो. सुरवातीला तो रस्ता माझ्या ओळखीचा आहे, असे वाटले. परंतु बरेच अंतर कापल्यावर तो रस्ता अनोळखी होत गेला. मी अनेक वर्षे त्या गावात राहूनही मी पूर्णपणे त्या रस्त्याला ओळखू शकलो नव्हतो.
थोड्यावेळाने आमची गाडी एका ठिकाणी थांबली. मी गाडीतून खाली उतरल्यावर चौफेर नजर फिरवली तर आमच्या बाजूला हिंदू स्मशानभूमी होती. मी थोडाफार भ्रमात पडलो. सोबतच्या व्यक्तींचा नक्की विचार तरी काय आहे .परंतु दुसऱ्या क्षणात नाथांचा आदेश आठवला आणि मन शांत झाले.

सोबतच्या व्यक्तीने मला त्यांच्यापाठोपाठ येण्याचे सुचविले. मी व माझा शिष्य त्यांच्या सांगण्याचे अनुकरण करीत होतो. एका कुंपणाला मोडून रस्ता करण्यात आला होता व ते कुंपण पूर्णपणे बाभळीच्या काटेरी फांद्यांचे होते . रात्रीच्यावेळी अनोळखी ठिकाणी रक्तस्त्राव होऊ नये, म्हणून आम्ही काळजी घेत होतो. एका ठिकाणी बोट दाखवून ती मंडळी म्हणाली की, महाराज येथून आवाज येतो. असे बोलता शणी अनेक कुत्री आमच्या दिशेने भुंकू लागली. पण त्यातला एकही कुत्रा मला दिसला नाही.
मी “आदेश” म्हणत त्या ठिकाणावर हात ठेवून मंत्र प्रयोग करताच लहान मुलाचा रडण्याचा आवाज आला. क्षणभर मी तिथे एकटाच असल्याचा भास ही मला झाला. माझा प्रयोग सुरू असताना मला असे जाणवले की, तेथील जवळच्या स्मशानात काहीतरी गडबड आहे. त्या ठिकाणाला आदेश देऊन मी उठलो व परततीस निघालो. इतक्यात भुंकणारी कुत्री शांत झाली होती. स्मशानाजवळ आल्यावर मला असे दिसले की, त्यात खूप काही उलथापालथ झाली होती.
सोबतच या मंडळींना मी सांगितले की तुम्ही मला इथे आणण्याचे कारण काय ते खरे सांगा. त्यातील एक व्यक्ती पुढाकार घेऊन म्हणाली, तुमच्या पासून काही लपून ठेवायचे नाही. आमच्या पैकी एक व्यक्ती तेथे काही कारणास्तव आली व त्याला त्या ठिकाणावरुन आवाज आला कि, मला बाहेर काढ? आम्हाला वाटले की इथे गुप्तधन आहे . ही माया मनात ठेवून तुमच्याकडे आलो.
इथले आजूबाजूचे शेतकरी दिवसाढवळ्या आपल्या शेतात काम करायला घाबरतात. म्हणूनच तुमचे नाव ऐकून तुमच्या कडे धाव घेतली. याआधी येथे बऱ्याच बाबांना आणले. पण त्यातील एकानेही आम्हाला न्याय दिला नाही. उलट त्यांना त्रास झाला. किंवा त्यांनी आमच्याकडे अवास्तव पैशाची मागणी केली. एका वास्तुशास्त्रज्ञला इथे आणलं तर तो कुंपणाच्या आत यायला तयार नव्हता. त्यांनी फोन करून आपल्या गुरुंना विचारले मी आता काय करू? तिथून गुरुनी सांगितले की तू आत्ताच्या आत्ता तेथून बाहेर निघ. असे सुद्धा आम्हाला पाखंडी भेटले.
मी म्हटले “जीव ब्रह्म सेवा” हे तर आमचे व्रत आहे. पण विषाची परीक्षा का? आज तुम्ही जिथे आणले तेथे काही काळापूर्वी लहान मुलांना दफन करत होते. त्यांच्या आत्म्याला शांती नाही. तुम्ही गावकऱ्यांनी एकत्र येऊन, त्यांच्यासाठी शांती कर्म करा ! जेणेकरून तुम्हाला येथे योग्यपणे वास्तव्य करता येईल. माझ्या मार्गदर्शनाचा तुम्ही विचार करावा एवढेच मी तुम्हाला सांगेन शिवाय तेथे कोणतेही गुप्तधन नाही याची नोंद घ्यावी.
मी प्रवासात हाच विचार करीत होतो की, अनेक लोक त्या गुप्तधनासाठी वणवण भटकत बाबांच्या नादी लागून अशा वस्तू गोळा करण्यात वेळ घालवतात. तिथे त्यांच्या कुटुंबाला त्यांची गरज आहे. हे ते विसरून जातात. हे कुठे तरी नक्की बदलायला हवे. पण शेवटी हे भोग तरी कुणी भोगायचे? हेही खरेच…..

Greedy for money

You villagers come together and do peace work for them! So that you can live here correctly. I will tell you that you should consider my guidance and note that there is no hidden treasure.
I was thinking during the trip that many people spend their time collecting such items for the sake of that secret treasure. There his family needs him. This they forget. This must be changed somewhere. But who will suffer in the end? Also really…..
